		<description>Really glad to find this recipe.  I first had sweet potato fries in Albuquerque about 8 years ago with a great tuna salad that had apples and nutmeg in it.  We&#039;ve since moved to Florida and have been looking for the recipe ever since.

		<description>I tried them for the first time last night after reviewing all of the people who attempted to make them,  I put them it the microwave first and cooked them 1/2 to 3/4 way done, then I covered them with olive oil, salt and pepper at 450 degrees and kept turning them until they were brown, wonderful....oh, and crisp.....good luck</description>
