I think that we are all guilty of making excuses. 

We know what we should be doing, but damn it, that piece of cheesecake was literally calling my name...I swear...I had to eat it...and sit on the couch and watch America&#039;s Next Top Model...and stay up to watch Letterman while eating  a bag of BBQ chips ...and get only 5 1/2 hours sleep...and skip breakfast...and have Mickey Dees for lunch...a 5 cups of coffee...with 3 donuts...and...and...

		<description>I agree and I make excuses as well as most. The trouble is that if something is not urgent then your regular schedule will not change.

If you are unhealthy but it does not affect your lifestyle then you will not be very apt to make changes.
