I love the feeling after a good workout. I feel like I accomplished something good for my body, even if it was just a quick workout.
Next time you don’t feel like getting your workout in, remember how good you will feel after. It’s worth it.

Your are so right. The endorphins flow.
That’s what I do when I don’t want to exercise – think about how good I will feel when I am done.It usually does the trick! That and telling myself I only have to workout for 10 minutes… of course, once I get started, I always go longer. Mind tricks – love them!
I joke—but Im so not jesting—that were I not to do my 30 minutes of cardio Id need an antidepressant
