I walk around my office building twice a day during my breaks. Whenever I see some looking tired and exhausted, I always ask them if they want to come. I am always on the look out for walking buddies at work. So far every day I worked at, I have been able to find a couple of walking buddies. And because people know that I walk, sometimes they seek me out in order to have someone to walk with on the days they want some exercise.
