Get Off The Negativity Train

Posted on November 24, 2008

A little Motivation Monday thought…

As you start this Thanksgiving week, remember what you are thankful for.  No matter what challenges in life we may face, there are always reasons to be grateful.

Be positive.  Be happy.  Remember that our challenges will make us stronger and remember that negative thinking will get us nowhere fast.

“Life is a series of experiences, each of which makes us bigger, even though it is hard to realize this. For the world was built to develop character, and we must learn that the setbacks and grieves which we endure help us in our marching onward.”

–Henry Ford

Happy Monday and happy Thanksgiving week.  Dominate your health goals this week – even if you have to work harder!
