		<description>Good reminder Blake.  I used to not get nearly enough fiber in my diet.  Then, after some major changes to my fitness and diet - fiber became a much bigger part - and all for good!  Fruits, veggies, and whole grains - staples now at our house - and for many good reasons - including their fiber content!
