Happy Friday to you.  I’ve read some great posts and articles this week and thought you’d be interested in some of them.

First, at Dietriffic, read 8 Reasons Why Your Weight Loss Diet Can’t Help You.  Before you spend your money on the HCG, cabbage soup, or any other fad diet out there, read this.

Did you know High Fructose Corn Syrup is Ruining Everything?  The guys over at Obesity Panacea explain how.

Disease Proof brings us Better Diet, More Exercise Could Cut World Cancer.  We’ve heard this before, but it’s always good to be reminded.

Run Uphill says Ironman Triathlon Tips.  Whether you are an Ironman triathlete in training or not, hills are always a good workout.

Having trouble getting physical activity?  Check out Mayoclinic’s Barriers to fitness: Overcoming Common Problems.  Whether time, laziness, boredom, or self-conciousness is your excuse, here are some great ideas on how to overcome them.

Have a great weekend!
