A Post About Nothing
Posted on March 9, 2009
Like you, everyday I make choices that can help or hurt my quest for better health. I’m not perfect, but every day I battle. [Here's why].
My site is a place where I can share what’s on my mind and hopefully encourage others to engage in a healthier lifestyle. I don’t know exactly who reads what I write and post, but hopefully it can inspire someone somewhere to be a little more active on a regular basis. Hopefully I can inspire someone to make better food choices. Hopefully what I publish here can do someone some good.
I don’t know if what I write/post helps anyone else, but I know it helps me. It keeps me accountable. It helps me remember to “practice what I preach.” It helps me stay motivated to be as healthy as I can –and that is a lifelong journey.
So when you see my updates on Twitter or Facebook about my blog, my workouts, or what foods I’m eating, you know why. It’s both for me and for you. Thanks for reading.
