I’ve read some good stuff this week and wanted to share a few with you.

First, Easter is coming up and it might be good to know what’s in that basket. WebMD has a good post about Easter Basket Treats. Remember, enjoy your treats in moderation. :)

You’ve heard me talk about HCG before and here’s another take on it from Obesity Panacea. Some good comments follow the post.

Next, read A Gut Reaction to Physical Activity. This talks about physical activity and colon cancer, as you might have guess from the title. Interesting read.

As a new dad, this next post was of interest to me. Fitness as a Dad: Working on a Budget from FitHacks has some good pointers about getting exercise even if there’s no funds in the family budget for it. Hint: you can still be active and healthy while not breaking the bank!
