TV Ads

Kids see a lot of food ads.  My guess is the ads are not for fruits and vegetables, etc.  Here’s the thing, though.  Kids, for the most part, aren’t buying their own food.  The parents are.  Be smart parents.  Make “treats” just that, a treat.

Also, maybe less TV would help.  Just a thought.

A recent study showed just turning off the TV and eating together made for a healthier family. Go figure.
