Proud

Posted on June 4, 2009

I’m proud of myself tonight.  I ran 9 miles.  There was really no need for it, I just felt like doing it to see if I could.  Turns out I can.

Feeling good now too — both mind and body.  Just thought I’d share that with you.  : )

You can always do it. Running is 90% mental. Why not make it an even 10 next time?

Are you sure it is 90% mental cause my out of shape body seems to be a major part of the equation too.

Nice job! I love running. I also love that you’re working to help people make healthy choices. That’s why I started my blog as well. It’s new and this is the first time I’ve visited yours. Thanks for the great ideas!

Its really crazy how fast running becomes easy on your body. When I first started running, the first week I was barely able to run a mile. Then after like a months time I was up to like 6 miles and still felt good afterwords.

Never made it to 9 though!
