This article written by Time Magazine was terrible. It basically told people that if they exercise then they won't lose weight because exercise makes you hungry and you are more inclined to overeat and make poor food choices. I thought Time was a pretty reputable source of information until I read this article that was based on so many misconceptions and flawed studies. Anyone who has tried losing weight should know that exercise is only one part of the whole picture. Calorie control is the other. If you exercise like the dickens, but eat thousands of calories a day then no, you won't lose weight. However, if you get regular exercise, restrict calorie consumption and eat a healthier diet then you will. Time magazine should be shamed for publishing such crap.
