Injury Report

So I found out this morning I have a sprained calcaneocuboid ligament.  I hurt it about 10 days ago playing indoor soccer.  Doc told me no running for a few weeks (because of the pounding on it) but swim and bike are ok. 

I guess spraining this ligament is more painful and takes longer to heal than some other foot/ankle sprains.  That stinks for me.  Gotta rest it and get it better.  Gotta start training hard again soon. 

Now I get to wear a cool ankle brace.  Yay me.
