Updated Injury Report

So almost 7 weeks ago now I sprained a ligament in my foot. It’s finally feeling better and I have been able to run on it. I’ve put in about 26 miles over the last week and a half. The longest run so far has been 4 miles. That’s a lot better than the 0 miles in the previous weeks. I’m hovering around 9:10 or so per mile but I’ll get faster.
It feels so good to be running again and I can’t wait to get up to more mileage. Now I gotta figure out how to motivate myself to get to the pool…
