Crazy Ads

Are ads like these annoying to anyone else?
It seems like every site you visit will have ads like this somewhere on the page. Always promoting “secrets” that “experts” don’t want you to know about.
Really? Who drinks the kool-aid that these marketers are selling? Sadly, my guess is a lot of people.
Don’t be one of them. Don’t [...]

I’m a proud daddy. My little girl is 8 months old and is now crawling. Pretty exciting stuff. Here she is having a mouthful of something. Probably bananas.
My wife and I obviously try to take care of the little one as best we can. That includes feeding her healthy food, making sure she gets her [...]

Had a decent run tonight. Did 5 miles in 44:45. Followed it up with this for dinner. Found this recipe earlier in the day and it turns out we had everything we needed to make it. It didn’t turn out exactly like it looks in the picture (my sauce was a bit darker) but it [...]

Researchers in London have found a link between eating a diet high in processed, fatty food and depression. Their research is published in the British Journal of Psychiatry.
Interesting. Based on their findings, those who ate mostly whole foods (fresh fruits, veggies, fish, etc.) had a 26 percent lower risk of depression than those who ate mostly [...]
Who Likes Mushrooms?

When was the last time you had mushrooms? If it has been a while, you may wanna grab some. They’re good for you!
I don’t remember liking them much as a kid, but now I want them every night. I don’t know how else to prepare them, so I usually just slice them and cook them [...]
