Be Active to Slow Aging Process?

I guess I’m a bit behind… this was published in January 2008, but it is still important to remember.  There are probably a million or more reasons to get active and stay active in 2010 and beyond.  Find what works for you and do it!

    This is important enough to restate. Activity helps in so many ways, for overall health, men’s prostate health, senior’s mental health… Thanks for the reminder.
