We get that today – the bitter cold – here in Wisconsin. And the snow was yesterday! Where’s summer, huh??? The treadmill becomes a more-used device in the winter. Plus, I am working at getting in more strength workouts too. And..I may visit the local pool, too, for some swimming… Good luck out there, Blake!
