Day 10 Food

Food Journal: December 10, 2009

Breakfast.  Scrambled eggs.

Lunch.  Turkey sandwich. 

Grilled curry chicken w/ roasted sweet potatoes.  Dinner winner. 

Brownie leftover from the previous night.  Clementine and sliced apple for late snack.

    Hi Blake,
    I commend you on your food diary. It’s a great tool. I’m curious how much time per day you spend total doing it, including taking the photos, transferring to your computer, inserting into a blog post, etc… I’m just guessing it’s but a few minutes, and because a lot of people could benefit from doing the same thing, letting that be known may encourage others even more than by your example.

    Are you open to suggestions about your diet?

    I cut up my sweet potatoes just like that. And then never cooked ‘em. Ack!
