I commend you on your food diary.  It&#039;s a great tool.  I&#039;m curious how much time per day you spend total doing it, including taking the photos, transferring to your computer, inserting into a blog post, etc...  I&#039;m just guessing it&#039;s but a few minutes, and because a lot of people could benefit from doing the same thing, letting that be known may encourage others even more than by your example.
