Day 12 Food

Food Journal: December 12, 2009

Smoothie for breakfast.  Usual banana, apple, strawberries, yogurt, milk.  Lunch was turkey sandwich with spinach, tomato, provolone cheese cooked in sandwich maker. 

Homemade pizza.  Whole wheat crust, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, spinach and tomato sauce with cheddar cheese.  Really good.  I didn’t eat it all. 

Homemade cookies.  Whole wheat oatmeal with some chocolate chips.  I made up this recipe and will post it soon.  These were good.
