Day 15 Food

Food Journal: December 15, 2009

French toast for breakfast.  Got up early to make it for me and the wife.  Lunch at Subway.  Footlong oven roasted chicken with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, onions, and olives.  That’s my fave. 

Dinner: Whole wheat pasta with onions, red peppers, spinach and pork with red sauce.  So quick to make and really good. 

Dessert.  Apple and banana slices and a clementine.
