Day 17 Food

Food Journal: December 17, 2009

Lunch was leftover meat, onions and mushrooms from last Sunday.  Dinner was lasagna.  First time I ever made it.  I didn’t follow any recipe, just did what I thought should be done.  Whole wheat pasta, diced chicken, zucchini, spinach, tomato and tomato sauce, with some cheddar cheese.  Wife said it best:

“Wow, it actually tastes like lasagna!”

Didn’t look super pretty, but it did actually taste good.  Kind of a hassle to make.  Takes forever. 

Looking at pics… No fruit?  Whoops.  Oh well.
