Good Stuff to Read 12/4/09

Posted on December 4, 2009

Here are some of the many great articles I’ve read over the last week or so:

The guys at Obesity Panacea wrote a great post about a study that suggests that ”kids who are more active today will have less fat mass tomorrow.”  Great article and great blog.

If you have ever thought you’re too old to start being active, check out this post from Stacey Shipman to help inspire you.  No matter how old you think you are, you’re never too old.

Fithacks has some great info on running in the cold.  It’s already freezing here in Utah and tips to stay warm and active are always appreciated.

I like to scarf down my food and my wife always has to remind me to slow down.  Here is an article that discusses how slower eating can help us eat less, especially during the holiday season.  Interesting.

Also of note, an article from the NY Times talks about “The Biggest Loser” and how health sometimes takes a backseat on the show.

Stay active and stay healthy this weekend.
