It’s been a bit crazy these last few days.  Trying to get the house deep cleaned and some stuff fixed so not a lot of time (or room) to make good meals.  Been taking advantage of gift cards and relatives in town…

    I love huevos rancheros so very much. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. What makes it Guatemalan?

    @rookie cookie - honestly, can’t remember what makes then Guatemalan style, but my mom and grandma told me that Mexicans make it differently.
