Make a Better Choice

Here’s the thing.  We make a ton of choices everyday.  Some health related, some not.  Instead of feeling guilty about our health and doing nothing about it, make a choice today that will put you heading in the right direction. 

Finding health and finding balance in our lives is always one choice away.  Better choices, made consistently, will add up to great things. 

Choose to skip the brownie and go for a walk.  Choose to get up 15 minutes earlier and do some pushups and planks.  Instead of complaining about not having time, choose to make time.  You choose how you spend your time whether you think you do or not. 

Want to improve your health and/or fitness and create better habits for yourself?  Make a better choice today. 

Easier said than done, I know.  But if you don’t choose, who’s gonna do it for you?
