Breakfast smoothie. Banana, apple, strawberries, yogurt, milk.
Black beans for lunch. Clementine.
Banana and two brownies. My dinner isn’t pictured. I forgot to take the pic as we went to my brother’s house for dinner. It was some beef, mashed potatoes and cabbage. Had apple juice with it. The brownies were dessert.

Cold

Temperature from my rear-view mirror this morning. 1 degree F. Taken at 5:45 am this morning on my way to the treadmill. Too much snow on the ground and way too cold for me to run outside. I don’t like these Utah winters.

Cereal for breakfast. Tuna sandwich for lunch.
Late snacks. Clementines are good.
Banana. Dinner was pasta with mixed veggies and a little pork.
Umm yeah. Late night cereal. And cereal. Wasn’t really hungry, just ate it.

Yesterday I didn’t want to go run. It had snowed all day, I hadn’t seen my wife or kid pretty much all day, and I just wanted to stay home and enjoy food and my family. I only had a 3.5 mile run planned so missing it wouldn’t have been too bad.

Breakfast. After the swim.
Lunch I guess. After run.
Dinner. Best tacos al pastor ever. From Pastorero in Provo. I added a bunch of tomatos and onions after pic was taken.
Random snacks. Banana bread muffins and cereal. Based on pics, not enough fruits/veggies for the day.
