Feeling Good

Posted on January 12, 2010

I’m feeling good tonight.  I got a lot done today and this evening I was able to get in a good workout.  Did 45 mins on the bike and then a 3 mile run.  To top it off, wife made a great dinner for me after.  Had some spicy grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, and a bit of brown rice.

A nice thought to end the day:

“Eating well and exercising is the first line of defense against aging. Nutrient-rich foods and the right amount of exercise deliver important health benefits during each stage of life and are essential to staying happy, healthy and active, regardless of age.”

– Elizabeth Somer

Working out does bring the good feeling. We feel light and full of energy, this is what I always feel after a good workout. :-)
