It was always interesting for me working in nutrition because we used the word &quot;diet&quot; all the time, but meant eating as a whole, as in &quot;the typical US diet.&quot; However, most people automatically assumed we were talking about diets as in restriction. I always disliked that confusion bc I&#039;m not a diet (restriction) fan. 

I&#039;m with you on the goals. What works for people will be different, but the main thing is that it has to be able to last a lifetime. It&#039;s all about lifestyle change for me.</description>
