Work Ethic

Can’t wait to start swim/bike/run -ing again.  Been a bit chaotic around here lately with the move, and we only moved across town.  Weak excuses, I know.  Been lifting a lot of heavy things and been on my feet a lot, so feels like I have been doing something I guess. 

I like that quote from Lance Armstrong.  Motivates me to work harder.
