Memorial Day Choripan

We had a great Memorial Day holiday. I ran 10 miles in the morning and in the afternoon we grilled up some veggies and some chorizo Argentino to make choripan.
Choripan. So good. : )

Proud Daddy

I’m a proud daddy. Here’s my 15 month-old daughter eating some broccoli, sweet potatoes and chicken for lunch yesterday. Washing it all down with a fruit smoothie with spinach. Love it.

Mile Repeat Day

Wednesday is the dreaded mile-repeat day for me. This morning I did 6 x 1 mile. Average time was 7:19. I went too fast the first 2 miles –did first in 6:45 and second in 6:50. Times consistently slowed down –last mile was around 7:55.

Birthday Challenge Report

Well, I did it. The bday challenge went fine, except for the weather. Left my house for the run at 6am and was completely soaked from rain after 2 blocks. Not that fun for 8 miles. Sore throat today might be from that. I finished the run in 1:07.
