Time for the B-Fit B-Day Challenge

It’s mid May.  That means my birthday is coming up (turning 28 on the 18th) and it’s time for the B-Fit B-Day Challenge.  I did the challenge last year and had fun so I’m gonna do it again this year. 

“The raceAthlete B-Fit B-Day Challenge is a celebration of your life, health, and fitness on your birthday.”

I had forgotten about it until a couple of days ago and I will be doing it on Saturday the 22nd.  I wanted to give the wife enough notice so that she’s ready for my complaints of soreness after. : )

This year’s challenge:

Age: 28

Swim: 2000 yards

Bike: 28 miles

Run: 8 miles

Should be fun, right?
