Fruit, Triathlon and Questions to Ask Yourself

Food today is fuel tomorrow, right? Or something like that. This smoothie had skim milk, banana, yogurt, apple, spinanch, and a handful of frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, bluberries, blackberries). So good.
Triathlon (oly-distance) tomorrow. Hoping for a new PR. Training may not have been as great as I would have liked, so might be wishful thinking.
