    Blake,

Hey, this is Emily's friend Ellen. Enjoyed reading through the tips on your website. I think I could do better on getting good sleep.

My husband and I live by many of the same philosophies. We are really big on eating healthy and being very aware of what we put into our bodies. I know for myself, checking the ingredients before I buy a food has made a huge difference. I have learned what ingredients to stay away from.

We started our food transition about three years ago and feel so much better. Last year we saw a documentary that had a huge impact on us. It was called The Beautiful Truth. It is about how the right diet can prevent and even cure cancer. Since watching it we have eaten a lot more raw vegetables and fruits. (Which by the way, I love the picture of Little T eating her veggies.) If you haven't seen it of course I recommend it. We also saw Food Matters and learned more about how to eat healthy. Perhaps you can find some tips to add from the videos.
