Be an Example

“Most importantly, set a good example by being physically active and eating well so this is taught as the natural way of living.”

Walter Willett, Chair of the Department of Nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health, after being asked what tips he would give to parents trying to help their kids develop healthy habits.

    I couldn't agree more. Our whole family, including my six year told, participated in a triathlon last weekend. He was so excited to be part of what his parents were experiencing. Not to mention, it made it a lot more fun for the parents, too.
