I never used to notice, but now, as my wife and I go out to eat on occasion, we really notice how salty everything tastes. We try to cook and eat pretty healthy meals at home, and we rarely use salt.

Two-egg omelet with spinach, onions and tomatoes and a little cheese. Topped with avocado and more tomatoes. So fresh and so good.
This was our dinner the other night after not wanting to make anything that would take too long. Get creative in your kitchen. You never know what you can come up with.
