I never used to notice, but now, as my wife and I go out to eat on occasion, we really notice how salty everything tastes. We try to cook and eat pretty healthy meals at home, and we rarely use salt.
Just got to thinking about this after reading the article quoted above. When you’re used to eating too much salt, you always have to add it to everything. Seems like there’s never enough.
With that being said, you can get used to eating less salt. Tastes can change.
Take it for what it’s worth.
