I don’t like winter very much. Too much snow, cold and ice outside so I get to ride on the trainer. At least it’s warm. Super boring though. Wife gets annoyed that I pull out the ironing board to set the laptop on to watch sports or read, etc. : )

Turkey Tri Race Report 2010

New personal best for me today at this event (350 yd swim, 10 mile bike, 3.1 mile run). Beat my previous best time by 4 minutes. Also set a new personal best in the 5k run split with a 22:26.
