A Great Day to Start – Healthy Monday

Monday is always a great day to start something:

When you start on Monday, it may be easier to do it again on Tuesday, and Wednesday, etc. Get your week off to a great start and get some exercise. Or get more fruits and vegetables. Or eat less of the junk foods.
It’s a great day to start doing something for your health.
