It seems all the time the media reports on stories that have crazy headlines that contradict current health recommendations. They over-hype these types of stories without looking at the bigger picture.

Don’t get overwhelmed or frustrated with all the crazy headlines and “scientific breakthroughs.” Just follow common sense. That usually will do you better than believing everything you read or see on TV.
