Fiber is Good

A new study suggests that eating plenty of fiber can reduce your risk of dying prematurely from heart disease, cancer and infections, among other things.

Get fiber from whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans. Men should aim for 38g/day and women should aim for 25g/day.
