Find an exercise activity that you like or there will be no way you will stick with it and make it a habit. Seems pretty obvious, but sometimes it seems people will insist on running (or anything else) because they feel that is the “best” exercise.
Any activity that you enjoy and will do consistently will be the “best” exercise for you.
