I haven’t always taken care of myself. I’ve been overweight and I know what that feels like. Not fun.
There came a point where I finally decided to take better care of myself through better exercise and eating habits. No crazy diets, gadgets or pills. Just work.
Simple. Lifestyle. Changes.
The Fight for Fitness is my way of encouraging everyone to make healthy lifestyle changes.
In my opinion, too many people die too early in life from diseases that can, in a lot of cases, be preventable through healthier eating and physical activity habits.

My beautiful wife and daughter, crossing the finish line (triathlon, run, or any other event), chronic disease prevention, real estate, shooting below 90 in golf, soccer, tennis, raquetball, nutrition, going fast, creating/cooking healthy recipes, long bike rides, exercise physiology, reading good books, and walks with my family.
