About

I haven’t always taken care of myself. I’ve been overweight and on the unhealthier side of things. I know what that feels like. Not fun.

I came to a point where I finally decided to take better care of myself through better exercise and eating habits. No crazy diets, gadgets or pills. Just work.

Simple. Lifestyle. Changes.

My goal with The Fight for Fitness is to encourage you to make healthy lifestyle changes. Developing healthy habits that you can maintain throughout your life will do you some good.

In my opinion, too many people die too early in life from diseases that can, in most cases, be preventable through healthier eating and physical activity habits.

I work as an Operations Executive for Orriant, a premier health and wellness company. I help people like you become more engaged in the management of their own health and wellness every day.

Here are some success stories of Orriant Wellness participants.

I also provide content for LIVESTRONG.com via Demand Media Studios. Over 500 of my health, nutrition and fitness articles have been published at LIVESTRONG.
