59 minutes, 59 seconds. 2 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. Those times may not mean anything to anyone else, but to me, they do. Those are my goal times for sprint and olympic-distance triathlons for next year.

For the Love of Triathlon

Last weekend I did another triathlon. This one was a pretty short one (400 meter swim/10 mile bike/5k run), but still fun and still an accomplishment. I love participating in and finishing triathlons -anyone who has done one knows they are kind of addicting.
