Awesome guacamole. Part of dinner last night. This batch was made from 2 avocados, 1 tomato, cilantro, juice from 1/2 lime, and a tiny bit of salt. Ridiculously good.

Dinner last night. Balsamic chicken topped with fresh, chopped spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese. It was yummy. Wife said it was the best food she’s ever had (she says that all the time, though, so not sure what to think).
