Smoothie.  Banana, apple, grapes, strawberries, yogurt, and milk. 

Leftovers from dinner.  Still just as good the next day.

Cereal in the morning.  Needed something quick.

Grapes in the morning.

Business lunch at Fuddrucker’s.  Grilled chicken sandwich.  Lots of veggies.

Grilled pork with zucchini and tomato on top.  Whole wheat pasta also.

Cereal again.

Dinner last night.  Balsamic chicken topped with fresh, chopped spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese.  It was yummy.  Wife said it was the best food she’s ever had (she says that all the time, though, so not sure what to think).
